Service Description
Yoga Nidra is the practice and art of Yogic Sleep with a deep relaxation technique and a form of meditation. It is an ancient but lesser known yogic technique described as “the sleep that awakens pure being” With guided deep relaxation technique including breath work and visualization to help release subtle tensions held in the subconscious, enjoy the state between asleep and awake, where one is fully conscious but body and mind are in the deepest stage of rest. Yoga Nidra practice results in deep relaxation and expands the individual's self-awareness. Restore and renew the body through this practice of profound rest.
