Service Description

Yoga Foundation explore basic yoga poses with proper alignment and muscle engagement, for a safe and sustainable practice in a simple and structured way. Learn the correct way of breathing and synchronise them with your practice. Physical intensity of the class is mild to moderate, with more time spent on demonstration and explanation for each posture, to ensure the right alignment. Yoga Foundation is a class suitable for beginners to yoga but also for regular practitioners who wish to strengthen their foundation. Level: Beginner Intensity: Low to Medium

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations take place less than 3 hours before class starts will be considered as late cancellation, and class credit will be deducted accordingly.
