Service Description

Yoga for Hips & Hamstrings is a great yoga session to encourage the hamstrings and hips to let go and lengthen! The session is ideal for loosening the hips that are causing tightness in your lower part of body or if you are having any knee/ankle issues. Hamstrings are also targeted as they are important to keep the spine in proper alignment, relieve lower back pain and help stabilise the hips, when they are balanced in strength and flexibility. Great for sports athletes, desk-bound office workers, or just anyone who has tight hips or hamstrings! Suitable for All Levels. Intensity: Low to Medium
