Service Description
Prenatal Yoga is designed to help women relax, strengthen and prepare themselves for birth, both physically and mentally. An opportunity to create time for pregnant women to connect with their babies and their bodies during this special period. Yoga postures designed with the purpose of strengthening the pelvic floor area, core and back and nourish their bodies as a whole in a safe, supportive community.
