Service Description

Chest and shoulder opening yoga class is designed with postures to expand your chest, create more space for your heart and lungs and improving their functions. At the same time, they also work on strengthening your shoulders and improve our shoulder's mobility. ​ Benefits of chest and shoulder opening postures include: - Strengthen the upper back - Maintain a healthy spine - Improved posture - Flexible rib cage - Increase lung capacity of the lungs - Experience better breathing - Relieves tension in the back and shoulders - Increased blood circulation - Stimulates the thyroid and pituitary glands At the same time, these postures also work on our heart chakra and cleanse old emotions, which bring other benefits like emotional release, boosts confidence, develops compassion, relieves depression and feelings of isolation.
