Service Description
Advance Yoga class is great for Yogis who have been continually practicing for a period of time and is ready to challenge more advanced poses, by tuning your body on a deep internal level and working on the minute details of each pose. A step deeper from basic practices to explore complex pose transitions, pose variants and practices. Advanced poses include standing balances, intense backbends, inversions and arm balances, often combined in complex ways or different variations. Discover that your body is capable of doing things you never thought would be possible, as you get stronger and flexible overtime!
